Personnel
IDEAMATICS, Inc.'s technical staff is composed of engineers, computer programmers,
technical writers and social scientists, all experienced in the analysis of complex
problems and the creation of computer-related solutions. We work on a flexible team
basis, using hard and soft skills to focus on the client's needs.
Over fifty percent hold advanced academic credentials, and the average experience
level exceeds ten years. Several also teach university courses. Staff members have
published technical articles and books, and have given testimony on computer software
and hardware.
The diversity of the IDEAMATICS, Inc. staff allows us to perform analysis and implement
computer programs that meet the needs of our clients. It also ensures that our systems
are easy to use and our documentation is clear and friendly.

IDEAMATICS Inc.’s Mr. John Richard Kaplar earns Master of Engineering in Computer
Science
As friends, family and co-workers watched in admiration, IDEAMATICS Inc.’s own Mr.
John Richard Kaplar earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from the
University of Colorado Boulder. So he could be more easily seen among his many fellow
graduates, John processed bearing a ceremonial staff, adorned with a traditional,
albeit colorful piñata. He was able to garner the interest of the stadium Jumbotron
operators as well as reporters, making it into local papers.
Mr. Kaplar joined IDEAMATICS Inc. after graduating from Christopher Newport University
in 2005. His current position is Director of Applications Development. John presently
works various projects which include applications for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast
Guard.
John is the son of Richard Kaplar of Herndon VA and Susan Schneider of Albuquerque
NM. John presently resides in Longmont CO.
