David L. Danner, President Dr. Danner founded IDEAMATICS, Inc. in 1975 and has spent the past four decades providing consulting services to commercial clients and government agencies. He has developed complex information systems, implemented sophisticated computer models, designed computer hardware, analyzed business processes and requirements, evaluated procedures and methodologies, prepared appraisals, conducted studies for resource management, assessed potential metrics for system operation and taught productivity improvement. Along with Dr. Danner's Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, and Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from George Washington University, he also has received a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University as well as a PH.D. in Systems Engineering from Catholic University of America. He is a registered Professional Engineer, holds a patent in computer telephony and has published extensively as well as serving as an expert witness in several jurisdictions. Dr. Danner is a Fellow of the Washington Academy of Sciences. |
Michael A. Schwartz, Vice President Mr. Schwartz has demonstrated design and programming experience with stand-alone applications, multi-tier web applications, and mobile platform applications development. Earning an MBA in 2009, Mr. Schwartz’s graduate studies have enhanced his management skills, especially with software development teams. His combination of business and technical skills are demonstrated with his management activities for the Navy-Marine Corps Mobilization Processing System (NMCMPS) and the U.S. Coast Guard Mobilization Readiness Tracking Tool (MRTT) projects. He was promoted to Vice President of IDEAMATICS, Inc. in 2008. Mr. Schwartz holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from James Madison University as well as an M.B.A. in Technology Management from University of Phoenix. |
Mark A. Moore, Vice President of Operations Mr. Moore brings to IDEAMATICS over twenty years of challenging technical, managerial and leadership expertise in the U.S. Navy as a former Mobilization and Plans Officer at Headquarters United Marine Corps, as well as experience as a Reserve Liaison Officer (RLO), and extensive service in the United States Navy’s Training and Administration of Reserves Officer (TAR) and Full Time Support Officer (FTS) and Supply Corps Officer Communities. He is uniquely qualified by virtue of his exposure to and familiarity with both U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps mobilization systems and policies. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University, a M.S.A.ED in Education, Technology & Leadership from The George Washington University, an M.S.Ed. in Education from Old Dominion University as well as becoming certified a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2013. |
John R. Kaplar, Vice President of Software Solutions Mr. Kaplar has applied superior software development and analyst skills as a member of the IDEAMATICS team since 2005. He has extensive experience with managing development teams, having served as the Technical Team Lead for our Navy, Coast Guard, and Marine Corps contingency workforce management projects. Mr. Kaplar holds the (ISC)2, Inc. Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification, the CompTIA Security+ certification, Micropact's entellitrak Developer certification, and the Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) App Builder certification. Mr. Kaplar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Christopher Newport University as well as a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Colorado. |
Brian K. Morgan, Director of Strategic Initiatives Dr. Morgan joined the team during 2013 to explore new strategic directions for IDEAMATICS and develop the business opportunities to achieve our corporate goals. Dr. Morgan brings over thirty years of challenging management, planning and strategic leadership expertise in the U.S. Marine Corps. His military assignments included seven years in Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps serving in both the Manpower department and the Plans, Policy and Operations department. He also served in a variety of operational planning and strategy development positions at Camp Lejeune, NC and Camp Pendleton, CA. He has maintained an ongoing and rigorous academic regimen as both a student and an instructor, and has been twice published as a contributing author to the Marine Corps Gazette. Dr. Morgan holds a Bachelors of Arts in English from University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in Human Resource Management from National University, an M.S. in Strategic Studies from U.S. Army War College. Dr. Morgan completed his Doctorate from George Washington University in Human and Organizational Learning in September 2015. |
Jaime S. Heravi, Senior Applications Developer Ms. Heravi has over 12 years of experience in both creating and supporting various software and web applications. Ms. Heravi has an extensive background in resolving complex technical issues concerning operation and integration of both fixed and portable systems. Ms. Heravi has over 10 years’ experience developing ASP.Net web applications and has led the development efforts of enterprise-level projects. Ms. Heravi has been involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle and has held the position of Sr. Applications Developer since 2008. Ms. Heravi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University and has recently received a Master of Science in Management and Systems from New York University. |
Chad C. Markgraf, Senior Programmer Analyst/Senior Salesforce Developer
Mr. Markgraf has over ten years of experience in design and implementation of .Net web applications, web service applications, mobile applications development and application management. He has been involved in all aspects of maintaining and developing the Navy Marine Corps Mobilization Processing System (NMCMPS) since 2008, and he has fulfilled a lead developer role for the Mobilization Readiness Tracking Tool for the United States Coast Guard. Mr. Markgraf currently holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Metropolitan State College of Denver and an M.B.A. from Regis University with emphasis in organizational performance management. Mr. Markgraf is now a Salesforce certified consultant in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. |
Angel M. Polka, Lead Analyst and Principal Instructor Mrs. Polka brings over 14 years of experience in the U.S. Navy Process operation, review and development. This experience includes work with OPNAV N3/N5 during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Since joining the IDEAMATICS team, Mrs. Polka has worked as the Lead Instructor and Operational Analyst for IDEAMATICS’ work on the Navy-Marine Corps Mobilization Processing System. Mrs. Polka holds an Associates in Business Management from Westmoreland Country Community College. |
