- Years’ Experience: 6+ Years with government acquisition and configuration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Clearance: Must be able and willing to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Must undergo and pass a background investigation leading to a U.S. government SECRET security clearance upon hire.
- Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Configuration/Requirements Manager will be a competent self-starter with exceptional knowledge and experience in program management, systems design, and systems standards with emphasis on Defense Acquisition Information Technology (IT) & business systems. They will be responsible for:
- Planning and defining the purpose, scope, objectives, policies and procedures for the organization and technical content of the CM data base
- Selecting and identifying the configuration structures
- Defining the Most Viable product (MVP) for the Agile process via an Authorization to Build (ATB) with the Salesforce customer
- Working with government customers to ensure all configuration is captured and repose
